Tulum is the site of a Pre-Columbian Maya city. It is a walled city on the cliffs along the east coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. It lasted for almost a century as a Maya city after the occupation of the Spanish. It is beautifully preserved and very popular with tourists.There are three famous structures at the site. El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the Temple of the Descending God.
Cholula is a pre-columbian Mesoameican site dating back to the second century BC. It is located just west of Puebla City, Its great pyramid is the largest pyramid in the Americas and the largest pyramid by volume in the world.
